Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, product launches or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $3.80 - estimated delivery in 5-8 business days.
Express Shipping: $15.90 - estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on orders of $68 or more.
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking may take 24-72 hours to begin updating.

Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us with your order number so we can review the available tracking information. If tracking shows a package as delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management and the carrier.

Our primary market is North America. Available shipping destinations and methods are shown at checkout. Where applicable, customers may be responsible for duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.
